Craft-Turney Water Supply offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
COMMENCING AUGUST 8, 2022 due to the increasing costs and State compliance regulations, Craft-Turney Water Supply Corporation will no longer absorb the service fee / convenience fee for credit card transactions or ACH/electronic check transactions for water utility service billing. The merchant convenience fee for credit/debit card payment transactions is $2.75 per transaction and the merchant convenience fee for ACH /electronic check transactions is $1.80 per transaction.
Online Bill Payment
If paying Online just click the Pay Your Bill Now button above or at the bottom of the page. Have your account number handy, and follow the prompts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover along with eChecks. The credit card merchant convenience fee is $2.75 per transaction, and the merchant convenience fee for ACH or Electronic Check is $1.80 per transaction.

Water Bill Payment Receiving Policy
Craft-Turney WSC is not / will not be held responsible for any type or form of payment that an individual submits thru the website, pay by phone, or drop box payments. Craft-Turney WSC is not responsible for loose bills or coins placed in drop boxes. Cash payments will only be credited to your account if they are received in a manner that clearly associates the payment with your account. A sealed envelope containing your payment, name, and account number or address is the best way to ensure cash payments will be credited to your account.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-Off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have two drop boxes: one is a walk up drop box directly on the building to the right of the front door while the other is a drive up drop box located behind the rose bushes.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Billing
Bills are issued on or about the 25th of each month and are due on the 10th of the following month. On the 11th, the account is considered past due and a $5.00 penalty (for bill $50.00 or less) or a 10% penalty (for bills over $50.00), shall be applied to the account. Even though the bill card is not received thru the mail, the member/customer is responsible for the water utility service account balance due by the 10th of each month. The monthly minimum charge is $44.00, no water included.
Payments
All payments must be in the possession of Craft-Turney Water Supply Corporation by the 10th of the month. Every custmer of Craft-Turney Water Supply Corporation is on the same billing cycle. If the 10th falls on a holiday or weekend, you have all day the following business day to pay before a penalty is assessed.
Effective January 1, 2014 the mailed postcard water bill must be presented in person at the time of payment in the Corporation office. If not brought in with payment, a $2.50 charge will be added to your balance due.
