Members/Customers within the water supply system could or will experience low water pressure due to the refueling of the Union Grove water well plant generator on FM 1910. Craft Turney Water Operators are immediately in the process of correcting the issue for complete restoration of water utility service.

With the inclement weather possibly moving in this weekend, some precautions to be taken to protect your water utiltiy service. 1) Identify & mark your water meter & your shut off valve 2) Protect all outside faucets & exposed pipes by covering/insulating 3) Open cabinet doors and all doors to ensure warm air flows around indoor pipes 4) Have additional drinking water & extra water collected to flush toilets
Craft-Turney Water Supply Corporation employees (if and only if, the roads are safe to travel) will be working under adverse and extreme conditions & response time could take awhile. Safety of the employees is of most importance.
